Phase 3 phonics games give children practice with a wider range of sounds and spellings, including digraphs and trigraphs. Through interactive activities, children learn to recognise new letter patterns, blend and segment longer words, and read and spell with growing confidence.
Phase 3 is usually taught in Reception.
These games support early reading both at school and at home, and can be used on their own for extra practice or alongside any school phonics programme.
